A bit about Diana Jordan

This year’s benefit luncheon speaker

Diana is excited to have been chosen by Oprah as “one of the funniest people on the planet!” Two appearances on Oprah showcasing her book, “A Wife’s Little Instruction Book, Your Survival Guide to Marriage Without Bloodshed!” sold over half a million copies in 5 languages.

Diana has had an extremely successful career as a stand-up comedian appearing in movies, TV, Radio City Music Hall, The Kennedy Center, Las Vegas, Atlantic City and even entertaining our troops in Asia and Germany. It is her greatest desire to “heal the world, one laugh at a time…”

Diana can also be seen in the Oscar-nominated movie, Jerry Maguire, with Tom Cruise and a new movie with Snoop Dogg! She said Cruise had her at “Hello!”. He said, “She made me laugh! Funny girl!”

Growing up in a small town in Oklahoma, Diana relocated to California in her thirties where she studied acting alongside Robin Williams, whom she also dated.

In 2010 Diana was diagnosed with breast cancer and is now a 14-year survivor. She has spoken at hundreds of various healthcare events, heart health seminars and conferences, and cancer awareness groups around the world. Her energetic and descriptive stories are how she supplies the information on why resilience is so important and how to use laughter to prevent stress and burnout, and build that resilience.

Diana has also been nominated by The American Comedy Awards as “One of the top five female comedians in the country”!
